Description

Polyurethane (TPU) is a hot-melt powder made from polyurethane resin and ground into adhesive powder. It is used to cover the prints before the pressing process begins. Polyurethane (TPU) hot-melt adhesive powder has excellent bonding properties and is the glue that is activated by heat, allowing the DTF ink to adhere to the textile during ironing.

TIPS
- Store the powder in a cool, dry place (it absorbs moisture easily).
- If the print is hard or excessively shiny, there was probably too much powder or high temperature.
- Shake the powder well before use — this helps prevent clumping and maintains homogeneous distribution.
